Thank you for choosing and trusting us with your cleaning. there are just a few simple pre-cleaning instructions that we would like for you to follow that will help with efficiency with your carpet cleaning appointment.

please remove items from the floor that will be cleaned and place in a designated area that will not be cleaned. items such as any small pieces like dining room chairs, floor plants, toys, small table, magazine racks, etc... this will shorten the process and will be able to use sooner. unfortunately, we do not move any furniture.

for your pet's piece of mind and ours, please keep them in a safe, quiet place where the cleaning will not disturb them.

please set temperature at 71 degrees prior to the appointment and keep it at this temperature the entire day. also, please turn on any ceiling fans. this will help get the carpets to dry faster.

walk on carpet at your own risk until completely dry. floors may be slippery when damp, especially walking from carpet to tile or hardwood floor. please advise all occupants of this hazard. We are not responsible for any injuries regarding service.

keep children and pets away from hoses, equipment, cleaning agents and the work area.
